The programme won laurels in the following categories: 'Champion of Champions - Loyalty Program for the year', 'Best Loyalty Programme in Service Sector', 'Best Use of Innovation in Loyalty Marketing', Best Use of Promotional / Shopper Marketing Campaign, Best Use of Customer and Data Analytics in Loyalty Program and 'Best Use of Technology to Enhance Customer Experience'.
