LUCKNOW: Mouth watering cuisines like kebabs, warqi parathas, nahari-kulcha, korma, sheermal, zarda, kulfi and khasta will soon be available at the Chaudhary Charan Singh International Airport, Lucknow.
According to reports, the Airports Authority of India (AAI) will soon be finalizing tenders for the stalls of Awadhi foods inside the airport premises. The idea to set up food stall was mooted last year but got delayed. Sources said that the authority was not sure to allow ovens or gas stoves inside the terminal building.
The AAI now wants the stalls to use microwave or electric cookers, or to cook the food outside the terminal and then cater it inside.
