Poor visibility disrupts flights at Bhopal, Indore

Bhopal:  Poor visibility owing to thick fog in Bhopal and Indore disrupted schedule of several flights on Friday. Flights of both Air India and Jet Airways, that operates from Raja Bhoj international airport were delayed by almost 4 to 5 hours while five morning flights were delayed at Devi Ahilyabai Holkar Airport, Indore.


Air India flight 634 for Mumbai from Bhopal was delayed by about five hours. Flight which was supposed to depart at 8 am took off around 1 pm. Similarly, Air India flight 633 for Delhi departed around 10.49 am. It was supposed to depart at 8.15 am.

Jet Airways flight S2 3988 for Mumbai was delayed almost for 4 hours. Flight scheduled to depart at 8.05 am, took off around 12.30 pm and Delhi bound Jet Airways flight S2 3651 was delayed by almost 3 hours. Flight was scheduled to depart at 9.50 am took off around 1 pm.
