New Delhi: GMR Infrastructure today said the charges for Delhi airport will remain unchanged until the Tribunal, AERAAT, takes a final view on an appeal against tariffs for the First Control Period.
"With the (Delhi) High Court order, tariff at Delhi Airport will remain at current levels till the time DIAL's appeal is decided upon by AERAAT (Airports Economic Regulatory Authority Appellate Tribunal)," the company said in a filing to the exchanges.
The High Court order, dated January 22, 2015, had issued directions that the current aeronautical tariffs for DIAL determined for the First Control Period remain in effect until appeal against AERA tariff determination is disposed of by AERAAT, the company said.
AERA has proposed a 78.4 per cent reduction in airport charges at the Indira Gandhi International Airport here, applicable from February 1, according to a consultation paper circulated by it late last month.
