Mumbai: TabCab, the largest radio taxi operator in Mumbai, has set up a dedicated contact centre team catering exclusively to airport bookings.
Said a TabCab spokesperson, "We will now have 30 emergency cabs scattered across locations in Mumbai to cater to airport bound bookings. There will also be a seven days advance bookings window."
TABcab has also announced, for the first time, a compensation policy for non-fulfilments of service.
