Kozhikode: The Cochin International Airport at Nedumbassery is likely to be the embarkation point for Haj pilgrims from Kerala, Mahe and Lakshwadweep this year.
As per the decision taken at the meeting of the State Haj Committee, the Haj camp would be shifted to Nedumbassery if wide-bodied aircraft would not be allowed to be operated from the Karipur airport.
