New Delhi: Jet Airways, helmed by Naresh Goyal, today unveiled #JetInstant, a first of its kind online feature that enables guests to access information on airfares and flights in real-time through Twitter.
The customer-centric initiative is part of Jet Airwas’ strategy to simplify the travel experience and engage with guests on a real-time basis.
Jet Airways’ initiative has been developed in collaboration with Twitter and technology partner, TravelSpends.
Cramer Ball, Chief Executive Officer, Jet Airways said: “Innovation has always been a key feature in Jet Airways’ operating philosophy and #JetInstant is another pioneering customer driven initiative. By using digital and social media platforms, we will empower our guests with information that can help them plan their travel more efficiently and enhance their overall experience with Jet Airways.”
Arvinder Gujral, Director, Business Development, Twitter India and SE Asia, said: “Twitter always has and will continue to encourage innovation on our platform. This is a first for us in the field of aviation in India and we congratulate Jet Airways for their creative use of Twitter.”
