Aviation stocks zoom as jet fuel prices cut; SpiceJet up 4%

Shares of aviation companies zoomed after Indian Oil Corp reduced prices of aviation turbine fuel by an average Rs. 2,142.27 per kl, in four metropolitan cities.

Prices of jet fuel were earlier revised upwards on Jun 1 by an average of Rs. 3,844.09 per kl.


Shares of SpiceJet were trading up 4% at Rs. 19.20 with trades of around 19.47 lk shares on the BSE counter, when compared with two-week daily average volume of 13.51 shares.
