A Delhi-based academy has been accused of allegedly cheating job aspirants by illegally conducting exam for entry into aviation and maritime sectors. Anchor Aviation and Marine Academy holds no legal licence to hold examinations for jobs in aviation and maritime sectors. Still the academy conducted such an examination and took hefty fees from candidates, police said.
The local unit of Vidyarthi Sena, MNS’ student wing, led by its city leaders Ranjit Rathod and Lalit Yawalkare came to the rescue of hundred of job seekers and brought them to the Civil Line Police Station. District Collector G Shrikant, on getting information, reached the police station and ordered the exam organisers to refund the fee to candidates.
