New Delhi: With the peak holiday season coming to an end, airlines have started offering discounted fares to fill up planes during the ongoing lean travel season which will last till summer breaks begin.
On Monday, low cost carriers IndiGo and SpiceJet came out with discounted offers for travel till mid-April.
SpiceJet is offering domestic and international base fares (taxes extra) starting at Rs 826 and Rs 3,026, respectively.
Tickets for these fares will have to be booked by Wednesday and will be for travel from February 1 to April 12. The discount offer is applicable on select flights across SpiceJet's network (both domestic and international), it said.
