Air Canada announced the addition of a year-round thrice week Boeing 787-9 Dreamliner service between Toronto and Mumbai. The new services will launch on July 1, 2017.
The new flights to Mumbai will compliment the four time non - stop direct weekly service between New Delhi and Toronto , which will become a daily service on November 6, 2016 as also the introduction of a seasonal thrice a week service between New Delhi and Vancouver on October 20, 2016.
“Air Canada is pleased to offer customers new non-stop routes to exciting destinations around the world. While extending our global reach, they also represent a further deepening of our already substantial international network,” said Benjamin Smith, President - Passenger Airlines, Air Canada. “Toronto-Mumbai is our third route between Canada and India and with these new services we will now operate 20 routes between Canada and Asia, including the Middle East.”
