Nashik: Executive engineer of Nashik PWD, R T Patil, who is among four persons booked for organising a party at Oazar airport terminal building on February 1, has gone on leave. According to the police, Patil is untraceable.
"The officer is on leave since February 5. He had sought a 15-day leave on personal grounds and it has been granted to him," said a senior PWD official (Nashik region) on the condition of anonymity.
Patil is an executive engineer of the PWD's division that constructed the airport terminal building at a cost of Rs 84 crore along with Harsh Constructions.
