Vadodra: A woman has allegedly lost her baggage while travelling on Air India flight from Ahmedabad to Newark in the USA and now she wants intervention by Prime Minister Narendra Modi in the matter. “I boarded Air India flight AI-191 to Newark from Ahmedabad on January 31 with three suite cases.
But when I landed at Newark airport on February, baggage, not only mine, but those of other passengers, were missing,” said Smita Joshi, who says she is a cancer patient who lives in the US. The complaint was filed at Air India’s baggage service centre in Newark on February 1, Joshi said. When contacted, an Air India spokesperson, said in Delhi, “We have already sent a message to trace her baggage”.
