Siliguri: Officials of the Bagdogra Airport on Saturday held a ceremonial programme to mark the arrival of the one millionth passenger at the terminal for the current financial year.
This time the number has soared to a millon, compared to 650,000 lakh pasengers last year. Keeping in view of the interest of tourism, it wass a great achievement for us especially when the airport had hit a series of headlines for delayed flights and unavailability of ILS in the flights, said Airport Director Rakesh R Sahay.
