NEW DELHI: Travel website Yatra.com seems to have forgotten to renew its domain name, according to media sites. The name had apparently been registered on August 9, 2000, and expired on August 9, 2013.
This was apparently first spotted when surfers trying to access Yatra .com were found themselves being redirected to a domainer page. (Domain parking is the registration of an internet domain name without placing any real content on it. This may be done to reserve the domain name for future development, or as a form of cyber-squatting.)
