New Delhi: Malaysia Airlines (MAS) is offering unbeatable bargains with
discounts of up to 40%t for popular destinations like Langkawi, Bali and
Auckland from July 8 to July 18, 2014 to celebrate its 40 years of
service in India.
MAS started its operations in the Indian market on July 1, 1974 with thrice-weekly Boeing 737-200 services between Chennai and Kuala Lumpur.
Since then, the carrier has grown tremendously in the market, its Regional Senior Vice President for South Asia & Middle East, Azahar Hamid, said.
"We are proud to celebrate 40 amazing years in this country, bringing millions of travellers to and from India to connect to Malaysia, as well as other cities. This symbolises Malaysia Airlines' continued commitment to India.
