Dubai World Central has announced the signing of separate agreements that will see the development of three international hotels – Aloft, Studio M and Millennium – at DWC.
The agreements were signed with Radar DWC (Aloft), Tetra Hospitality Investment (Studio M) and ABA Hospitality DWC (Millennium).
The hotels are scheduled for completion between 2018 and 2019 and will collectively add 1,300 rooms to DWC’s hospitality offering.
Mohammed Al Awadhi, vice president, real estate, Dubai World Central, said: “We anticipate considerable demand for hotel accommodation not only from passenger flows at the Al Maktoum International Airport and the Expo 2020, but also from the business travellers associated with the wider DWC community.
