NEW DELHI: Days after the directorate general of civil aviation allowed airlines to unbundle services, low cost carrier SpiceJet has launched four new ancillary products for add-on fees.
"Spice assist" is a service that provides assistance to passengers at the airport for both departure and arrival. For Rs 500 per passenger per sector, SpiceJet's airport staff will assist customers from check-in to the boarding gate, and thereafter at arrival from the baggage claim area to ground transportation.
