India's newest airline, Vistara, launched by a JV between the Tata Group and Singapore Airlines, has had tough promises to live up to in the four months since it spread its wings in the Indian skies.
In an interview, chief executive officer Phee Teik Yeoh tells ET's Mihir Mishra about Vistara's many learnings, the challenges it has had in educating consumers about new products (read premium economy) and the new incentives the airline has in the pipeline to realise its brand promise.
