The Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGCA) data has shown that for
the month of June, flight cancellations were at 0.67% only due to clear
weather and favourable flight conditions. However, if you werer part of
that small percentage and really wanted to make that journey you missed

According to the data, IndiGo Airlines remained at the top of the charts with lowest flight cancellations at a mere 0.10% and the domestic operations of state-owned Air India at 1.40%. SpiceJet, which came out with cheap ticket offers with a dime a dozen had the second highest cancellation rate of 1.22%.
The data indicates that airlines in India cancelled nearly 21.5% of flights because of weather conditions but technical faults grounded over 24% flights.
