Diwakar Gupta resigns as Director of Jet Airways

Mr. Diwakar Gupta has resigned from the Directorship of Jet Airways (India) Ltd vide his letter dated August 04, 2015, consequent to his appointment as a Vice President in Asian Development Bank. The Board of Directors at its Meeting held on August 14, 2015 has accepted and taken on record his resignation.
