New Delhi: A day after they cut the prices of petrol and diesel, oil
companies on Tuesday announced a cut in the prices of aviation turbine
fuel (ATF) and non-subsidised LPG.
The price of ATF in Delhi was cut by Rs. 5,469.12 a kilolitre (kl). It now costs Rs 40,938.24 per kl. This marks the second-sharpest cut in ATF prices following the Rs. 7,520 per kl cut on January 1.
Between those two cuts, the price of ATF was cut by Rs. 2,086.6 per kl to Rs. 51,267.36 on July 1 and by Rs. 4,860 per kl to Rs 46,407 on August 1. In all, the price of ATF has come down by almost Rs. 20,000 per kl over the year so far.
