Mumbai's Chhatrapati Shivaji International Airport (CSIA) has been voted as the Best Airport in India and Central Asia at the Skytrax World Airport Awards held at the Passenger Terminal EXPO in Cologne, Germany on Mar 16.
Attended by CEOs, Presidents and Senior Management of airports from around the world, the prestigious awards ceremony recognised product and service quality in the world airport industry and provided further testimony to CSIAs continued excellence in customer service.
The results reflect the worlds best-in-class airports, as appraised by the passengers themselves in an online survey.
