Moscow: The Interstate Aviation Committee (IAC) will publish later in the day a preliminary report on the progress of investigation into the March crash of the FlyDubai passenger plane in Russia, a spokesperson for the IAC said Thursday.
On March 31, an IAC official told RIA Novosti that a preliminary report on the results of the crash investigation would be published before April 19.
The spokesperson added that the information about the decoding of the flight recorders would not be revealed.
FlyDubai Boeing 737-800 crashed on landing at Rostov-on-Don airport in conditions of poor visibility on March 19, killing all 62 people on board, including 55 passengers and seven crew members. Pilot fatigue and lack of coordination have been suggested as possible causes of the accident.
