Lok Sabha Member from Visakhapatnam Kambhampati Haribabu has written to Union Minister of Civil Aviation Pusapati Ashok Gajapathi Raju seeking new international sectors from Vizag.
On a representation received from K.V. Mohan of the Tours and Travels Association of Andhra, the MP sent the proposals for dedicated Air India flight on the Vijayawada-Vizag-Bangkok, Bangkok-Vizag-Vijayawada-Dubai and vice versa daily and on the Colombo-Vizag-Colombo sector thrice a week. The association sought the new flights based on the load factor for the last two years.
