Air India's maiden flight from New Delhi reached Vienna today.The direct flight from New Delhi to Vienna was welcomed with a traditional water cannon salute and the disembarking passengers were greeted at the Vienna International Airport on arrival.
The inaugural flight to New Delhi, AI-154, has received an overwhelming response with almost full bookings.
Air India, with code share arrangements with Austrian Airlines, will offer connections to more than 25 European destinations.
