But if more than one airline is offering a flight at the same price, you are likely to go with the one that offers better services. In fact, TripAdvisor's India Air Travel Survey 2015 had revealed that 54 per cent Indian travellers believe airline brand to be the most important factor when choosing a flight.
TripAdvisor has now introduced an airline reviews platform that will feature the reviews of all major airlines globally, done by the travellers themselves.
The platform will thus help air travellers gain knowledge about the quality of an airline's services and take purchase decisions based on that. This will not only help Indian tourists ensure pleasant journeys, but might also drive a lot of airlines in improving the services in the future.
