Jet Airways To Introduce Additional Flights To Kathmandu From Delhi, Mumbai

Private carrier Jet Airways today said it would boost capacity to Kathmandu route with the introduction of additional flights to the Nepalese capital both from Delhi and Mumbai, starting October 30.

Besides, the carrier would also roll out a new daily flight to Dubai and also scale up frequency to Doha in its efforts to enhance connectivity to the Gulf from Kerala.

As part of its new winter schedule, Jet Airways will introduce additional frequencies to Kathmandu from Mumbai and New Delhi while strengthening its connectivity to the Gulf from Kerala, with daily flights to Dubai and Doha from Thiruvananthapuram, from October 30 as part of its new winter schedule, Jet Airways said in a release.


The additional flights to Kathmandu and the Gulf would facilitate a seamless transition onto Jet Airways' extensive domestic network and onwards to other international destinations, it said.

Introduction of a second daily service between Mumbai-Kathmandu, will double its current capacity between the two cities, the airline said adding the capacity between Kathmandu and New Delhi would also be augmented with a new third daily service.

Jet Airways will now operate over 600 weekly flights between India and 10 destinations in the Gulf.
