Kochi: Air India fulfills the long-standing demand of the Kochi air passengers for a Boeing 787 Dreamliner service between the national capital and the city. The national air carrier began its New Delhi-Kochi-Dubai service on Wednesday and the first flight landed at Cochin International Airport at Nedumbassery at 9:35 am.
The flight carried 245 passengers including Pankaj Srivastava, Commercial Director of Air India on its maiden flight to the city. The 256-seater then took off to Dubai at 10:35 am.
