Chennai: Emirates, one of the world's fastest growing airlines, has moved its operations to the new International Terminal 2 at Chennai International Airport from October 14. Emirates operate three daily flights from Chennai to Dubai.
Departures at the new International Terminal 2 take place from Level 2. Emirates' check-in counters are located in the East Wing of the terminal while entry for passengers is from Gate No. 4.
"With its expansive, contemporary design, the new International Terminal 2 is all set to offer our passengers greater convenience and exceptional services. The new facility will provide a stimulus to international travel from Chennai and benefit the many international passengers that fly into southern India's largest city on Emirates," said Essa Sulaiman Ahmad, Emirates' Vice President India & Nepal.
