Patiala: Anandpur Sahib MP and Shiromani Akali Dal general secretary Prem Singh Chandumajra on Tuesday stated that the Union minister for civil aviation Ashok Gajapathi Raju has given an approval to start flight operations from Mohali to Nanded from November 15. He said it was a long pending-demand raised by SAD. The flights will be operational on a daily basis by Air India. Chandumajra along with party president Sukhbir Singh Badal would be the first passengers to fly to Nanded. Takht Sachkhand is a holy place of worship located in Nanded.
Air India would be offering the connecting flights to Nanded via Mumbai. The MP said it would enable the pilgrims to reach their destination within a few hours, which otherwise take over three days by train. To Read the News in Full 18/10/17 Times of India
